Bangkok, Thailand, November 2, 2023 – Constant Energy has announced it has achieved a Gold Medal status from EcoVadis. EcoVadis is an internationally recognized sustainability rating agency present in 160 countries with a network of 90,000 rated companies, known for its CSR performance and sustainable procurement rating. Constant Energy has achieved a score of 70/100.
Having obtained a score greater than or equal to 68/100, Constant Energy ranks among the top 13% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the ‘Electricity, Gas, Steam and Air Conditioning Supply’ category globally.
This detailed assessment measures the maturity of policies and the actions undertaken based on 21 criteria grouped into four main themes: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

The solar energy company is stepping up its initiatives in the four main thematic areas assessed by EcoVadis:
Environment: Constant Energy has implemented robust policies for the material attainment and waste management of monocrystalline solar panels to minimize the environmental impact of commercial rooftop solar panel installations.
Labor and Human Rights: Constant Energy’s company handbook outlines the solar power organization’s commitment to the respect of human rights. Constant Energy is committed to continuously strengthen the protection of health, safety, and human decency to create fundamental social rights and an essential quality of life for all of our employees, including their third-party contract workers.
Ethics: Constant Energy implemented structured mechanisms to deal with policy violations, such as disciplinary actions for compliance in conducting solar energy business in all of its locations. Furthermore, a whistleblowing procedure for stakeholders to report corruption and bribery has been available for Constant Energy employees and deployed in all its subsidiaries since September 2021.
Sustainable Procurement: Constant Energy has issued a comprehensive policy integrating commitments and qualitative and quantitative objectives to manage its sustainable procurement issues. Additionally, the solar PPA company also committed to exclusively working with renewable energy components and solar panel suppliers who align with their sustainability policies on an organizational level.
