As part of Constant Energy putting into operation a series of 6 MW solar power plants including one plant in Pathum Thani, we are giving back to the nearby community through #CSR. We donated food and medical fee in order to support a local animal shelter called “Baan Mha Pha Manee”, which is taking care of around 500 stray dogs and cats located in Pathum Thani, together with a representative of the mentioned plant.
“Baan Mha Pha Manee” runs by Khun Manee’s daughter who deliberately dedicates her full time to the shelter after her mother passed away this year. The number of abandoned animals in this shelter has been dramatically increasing each year, especially during the COVID crisis. As of now there are over 500 abandoned dogs and cats including disabled and old ones, coming with an increasing cost as well. They are lacking food to feed the animals and funds to pay for medical treatment fees.
This hardship does not stop Khun Mai (Khun Manee’s daughter) from giving a new life to these stray animals. Dogs and cats in this shelter are healthy and well fed with food, happiness and love for the rest of their lives.
