Virya Energy celebrates becoming the majority shareholder of Constant Energy, a Singapore-based renewable electricity generation and storage platform, through a combination of investments. This alliance propels Constant Energy into a new era of growth and development.
This strategic alliance strengthens Virya’s global renewables presence, expanding its solar portfolio and complementing its European wind energy operations. Constant Energy’s established solar expertise and portfolio of 121 MW in Southeast Asia align with Virya’s clean energy strategy.
The partnership enhances Virya’s position in wind power, hydrogen development, energy distribution, and related services. Olympus Capital Asia retains a significant minority stake in Constant Energy. The move aims to accelerate renewable energy adoption and address corporate decarbonization demands in Asia.

Supporting The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities
This year, Constant Energy donated rice and cleaning supplies to people with disabilities at “The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities” in Chonburi Province. The foundation has been supporting vocational training, job placement, and rights protection for people with disabilities for 30 years. They also operate a renowned vocational school and the first job center for people with disabilities in Thailand.
