The collaboration involves the development of a rooftop solar installation and an offsite solar and Third-Party Access (TPA) project. These initiatives are structured under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), enabling Apex Circuit to access clean energy without upfront capital investment or maintenance obligations.
