Bangkok, Thailand, 30 October 2025 – Constant Energy, a leading renewable energy developer and independent power producer (IPP) in Asia, has successfully completed the acquisition of a 7.7-megawatt (MW) portfolio of operational solar photovoltaic (PV) assets across four different locations in Thailand from EDP Renewables APAC. Building on its established track record in the country, this strategic acquisition further strengthens Constant Energy’s presence, reaffirming its continued commitment to expanding sustainable energy infrastructure across the region.

The portfolio consists of fully operating solar projects under long-term power purchase agreements with reputable industrial off-takers in Thailand.

The transaction was led by Green Horizon Capital Partners, who acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Constant Energy and managed all aspects of the deal process.
