THAILAND, November 1, 2024 – This year, Constant Energy proudly announces its 5-star rating from GRESB for 2024, ranking 1st in Asia for outstanding sustainability efforts. The company participated in the Infrastructure Assessment, where it achieved this esteemed designation.
Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of assets worldwide, providing clarity and insights to financial markets on complex sustainability topics.
Notably, Constant Energy has maintained its maximum five-star rating for three consecutive years, highlighting its strong sustainability performance. With an overall GRESB score of 97 out of 100, the company significantly exceeds the peer average score of 76, further solidifying its leadership position in the industry.
GRESB data is used by hundreds of capital providers and thousands of asset managers to benchmark investments across portfolios, and to better understand the opportunities, risks and choices that need to be made as the industry transitions to a more sustainable future. Trusted by 150 institutional and financial investors, GRESB is a mission-driven organization that provides actionable and transparent Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data to financial markets.
This year, the Infrastructure Fund Assessment covers 167 participating funds, and the Infrastructure Asset Assessments include 720 assets, across 81 countries. The Infrastructure Benchmark now covers approximately USD 468 billion of gross asset value (GAV) at the fund level and USD 1.6 trillion at the asset level (including development assets).
