Constant Energy Partners with Unicabinet: Thailand’s Cabinet Industry Leader Goes Solar with 3 MWp Power Purchase Agreement

Bangkok, Thailand, June 27, 2025 – Constant Energy, a leading renewable energy solutions provider, announced a strategic power purchase agreement with Unicabinet Industry Co., Ltd., one of Thailand’s largest producer of wood products for the cabinet industry, to deploy a 3,067.2 kWp rooftop solar system at Unicabinet’s flagship manufacturing facility in Prachin Buri. This project marks the first phase of a broader clean energy transition planned by Unicabinet, supported by Constant Energy’s expertise in end-to-end solar solutions.

Through this strategic power purchase agreement, the solar installation will offset 45,711 tons of CO₂ emissions over its 25-year contract duration, aligning with Unicabinet’s commitment to eco-conscious production. As a global leader in rubberwood components, Ready-to-Assemble  (RTA) cabinets, and high-precision wood products, Unicabinet’s adoption of solar energy reinforces its position at the forefront of sustainable manufacturing in Thailand’s furniture sector.

Unicabinet’s Prachin Buri facility utilizes cutting-edge European machinery and maintains rigorous in-house quality control. The solar project will further enhance its competitive edge by reducing operational costs and carbon footprint.

“Unicabinet’s ambition to decarbonize its production is exemplary,” noted Oscar Loza, Regional Head of Business Development at Constant Energy. “We’re honored that among many energy providers, Unicabinet entrusted us to deliver this critical project – a testament to their vision and swift decision-making. Their commitment to act now, not later, aligns perfectly with our mission to accelerate the clean energy transition for industrial leaders. Constant Energy is proud to support this journey with reliable, high-impact solar solutions tailored to Unicabinet’s scale and precision-driven operations.”
