EXIM Thailand Grants Constant Energy Group a 155 Million Baht Loan to Install Rooftop Solar Panels to Promote Clean Renewable Energy Business, Combat Global Warming, and Reduce Partners’ Public Utility Costs

On April 18, 2022, solar power provider Constant Energy Group entered into a 155 million baht credit facility agreement with the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (hereinafter referred to as “EXIM Thailand”) for Solar Rooftop CE 7 Co, Ltd at EXIM Thailand’s headquarters. The project is to install a rooftop solar power system with a generation capacity of 11.08 MW for distribution to private companies.

Under the Thai Development Bank, EXIM Thailand has supported investments in clean energy companies to drive the development of the bio-circular-green (BCG) economic model. The strategy is to expand BCG lending to reach the target of 100,000 million Thai Baht by 2027. This is also part of the bank’s efforts to support the reduction of greenhouse gas and carbon emissions in collaboration with the global community to combat global warming and climate change, contributing to sustainable development for businesses and both national and global communities.
