Wide-ranging international experience helps to ensure that all development, acquisitions, structuring, financing, construction and asset management are carried out professionally and expertly. Our processes are efficient and transparent, and the team interacts constantly.
Business Development Department
Responsible for selecting and working with local developers, evaluating transactions, and bring projects from greenfield stage to financial close, then transferring to Construction department or Asset Management department as appropriate.
Permitting, Construction & Engineering Department
Ensuring mandatory permits and licenses of selected projects are met government’s requirements while being responsible for in-house designs and selecting best in class EPC contactors and world class equipment best suited for the project at hand. Negotiates all EPC contracts and supervise construction till handover to asset management department.
Asset Management Department
Managing and optimizes the asset fleet, reports and ensures environmental, social and governance compliance.
Finance & Compliance HSSE Department
Responsible for financial modelling and valuation of all assets and long term non-recourse financing and loan compliance of all projects and ensuring all interactions relating to equity funding and investors. Updating and tracking of budgets, liquidity plans, tax adjustments and regular distributions. Responsible for administration and support of multiple holding and project companies.
